What is Neurofeedback?

Looking for a natural, effective way to help your brain function at its best? Neurofeedback might be exactly what you’re looking for!

The goal of Neurofeedback is to change unhealthy, dysregulated brainwave patterns into healthy, organized patterns allowing the brain to become more stable and to operate optimally and efficiently.

Neurofeedback is a computer-brain interface that uses sensors placed on specific areas of the scalp which correspond to specific parts of the brain. Frequencies information is provided in the EEG and displayed on the computer screen. These frequencies are selected to be rewarded or inhibited.

Come experience the benefits of neurofeedback and help your brain perform at its best—naturally and effectively!

How Does Neurofeedback with Sally Work?

This innovative treatment uses biofeedback to read your brain’s electrical activity, giving it the information it needs to self-regulate and make positive changes.

  • How it Works: Small, comfortable sensors are placed on the head to monitor your brain’s electrical patterns. As you watch a movie, these patterns are translated into feedback that the brain processes, helping it make adjustments. You’ll notice the movie’s screen size, brightness, and volume change, providing your brain with the information it needs to adjust and improve.

  • Sessions: Each session lasts just 30 minutes, and typically a minimum of 20 sessions is recommended to achieve lasting results.

  • Benefits: Neurofeedback can help with a variety of symptoms, such as improving focus, stabilizing mood, reducing pain, and enhancing sleep. It’s also a great tool to help calm and balance the brain, especially when used alongside medication.

  • Safe and Effective: Most side effects are temporary and usually related to the symptoms you’ve already experienced. Once your goals are met, you can choose to end the treatment or continue with occasional “tune-up” sessions to maintain the benefits.

  • For All Ages: Whether it’s for you or your child, neurofeedback offers a gentle, non-invasive way to help your brain thrive.

Greater Ability to Relax and Enjoy Life

"I started Neurofeedback with Sally about 7 months ago and it has helped me tremendously. My entire adult life I have struggled with anxiety and excessive worrying. It impacted my sleep and my quality of life. To my surprise, I felt incremental results begin almost immediately and continuing Neurofeedback (weekly) has resulted in creating a greater ability to relax and enjoy life in ways I struggled to achieve prior to treatment! I am so glad I tried it and so grateful for how well it has worked for me."
